This is usually gentle, using 'hands on' techniques - following a comprehensive examination. Examination may take up to one hour. It is important to discover the exact cause of your problem for the best treatment results.
Exercises.
In many cases, we will provide you with a tailored exercise programme so that you can continue your therapy at work or at home.
After treatment.
You should have less pain, feel more mobile and comfortable with movement (unless otherwise stated).
It is important to us that you be actively involved in the planning of your treatment - as it is based around you!
